最強新冠病毒歐米克朗強勢攻擊擊歐洲

 南非科學家發現的冠狀病毒新變體今天11月28日繼續在全球迅速蔓延，多個國家暫停了南非航班，人們對這個變種的擔憂導致了旅行限制。這款被世衛組織命名為歐米克朗（Omicron）的新變種的首批陽性病例在歐洲蔓延。繼比利時、英國、德國和義大利之後，捷克共和國宣佈在北部一名有輕微症狀的冠狀病毒Covid-19病人身上發現了首例南非歐米克朗變體病例。

在法國甚至在第一例病例被發現之前，衛生部就表示，所有接觸過奧米克朗變體陽性病例的人，都應被視為"高風險接觸者"，即使接種了疫苗也應被隔離起來。法國衛生部長韋蘭（Olivier Véran）今天周日表示，「在法國檢測出冠狀病毒（Covid-19）變體歐米克朗很可能是幾個小時以後的事"。有些科學家把Omicron變種形容為「迄今已知最為兇猛」，認為此變種光棘蛋白突變就有32個，生怕它能逃過接種疫苗及早先染疫而取得的抗體。

美國科學家聯盟(Federation of American Scientists)資深專家指出，新變種比起舊有病毒株有諸多強勢之處，例如比起傳染力很高的Delta變種，「惡性棘蛋白突變」更要高一倍；再加上弗林蛋白酶切位點(furin cleavage site)突變，總計比Delta變種傳染力強五倍。Omicron變種傳染力大增，可能取代Delta變種，目前震波已傳遍全球，這個新變種真的很兇；不僅如此，稍早出現的C12變種似乎也在慢慢成長取代Delta，成為南非疫情的主流。

目前疫情的發展趨勢是每隔2個月起伏一次，但這個週期還在不斷變化中，所以每當疫情緩和有所鬆懈之時，新變種病毒正在準備發動下一輪攻勢，現在所謂與病毒共存是非常幼稚的想法。雖然全面封城並不可取，但長期有限控制是必須的。客觀上說歐美國家對疫情的防控手段相對鬆懈，發展中國家大部分根本沒有對應的有效防疫措施，特別是前者發達國家居然連戴口罩都不能有效做到。至於疫苗即便注射完成後也不能有效防止病毒感染。

 

澳門百億賭王洗米華認罪事情甚至影響澳門今后發展

 浙江溫州市警局11月26日發布消息，周焯華涉嫌開設賭場罪，溫州市檢察院已對他作出批捕決定。27日，澳門特區警方表示，已將周焯華及其他涉案人員帶回警局調查。警方聲稱對涉嫌違反澳門特區法律的行為「絕不姑息」。官方通報還稱，周焯華涉嫌跨境賭博犯罪，涉案金額特別巨大。通報特別提到，周焯華涉嫌「利用地下錢莊等非法管道，為賭客提供資金結算服務」。 

根據官方以往通報地下錢莊是富商官員洗錢的重要途徑。周焯華1974年生於澳門，綽號「洗米華」。他於2007年創立太陽城集團，有澳門「小賭王」之稱。太陽城集團業務迅速擴張，除博彩業，還包括旅遊、電影製作、餐飲和金融等。截至2021年6月，周焯華持股的上市公司有太陽國際（08029.HK）、太陽城集團（01383.HK）、太陽娛樂集團(08082.HK)、凱升控股（00102.HK）等。 

出事前周焯華於8月31日將其持有的太陽國際股份全部出售。澳門特區政府司法警察局表示，偵破一宗涉及犯罪集團、不法經營賭博及洗黑錢罪案件，指2019年8月收到情報，有不法集團利用澳門經營貴賓廳業務，於海外架設賭博平臺，招攬內地居民進行不法網絡賭博，而這些不法獲得財產，透過娛樂場貴賓帳戶，經地下錢莊等不法途徑轉移及掩飾。 

簡單解釋一下就是華哥在內地發展一些下線招攬客戶，然後提供籌碼安排客戶到海外賭場賭錢。成為會員後還可以進行網上賭博，在網路上確認會員身份後進行現場直播的開賭方式。現在招募的會員公開的最少有8萬人，網上直播賭博熱線都有過千條，應該說規模很大，據說每年涉及的金額近萬億利潤百億以上。受到疫情影響下賭場關閉，相反導致了網上賭博的興盛。客戶的錢通過地下錢莊周轉網路化。 

所謂澳門貴賓廳“疊馬仔”放數抽水給賭客，都已經是經營了幾十年的事情了。華哥安排會員到海外賭博也並不犯法，況且他在菲律賓和柬埔寨也的確是正式經賭牌。澳門政府的指控確實但這些生意都做了幾十年了而且是被默許的，而且澳門政府收取大量稅金是實際的最大受益者。現在突然對華哥動手而且官媒已經公開發聲，最主要的原因還是堵截資金外流，畢竟是涉及上萬億的資金流出，因為上面已經沒錢了。 况且最近各行業都在面临整肃。

華哥貴為上市公司大老闆，在澳門18個賭廳3百多張賭臺，而且還有多種生意，根本就不會輕易觸犯法律，況且他做經營賭場業務多年來，而且與上面的關係一向很好。最近的事情其實也不是簡單的賭博問題，而是政治問題甚至關乎澳門今後的發展。澳門就是靠內地賭客經營博彩業發展起來，今後極有可能遭到嚴控，並且改變僅靠博彩業發展的模式。雖然華哥早就賣掉股份錢也轉移得差不多了，但看看最近上面各位大老闆的下場，就知道只要人在錢自然都會找回來。

 

立刻測試煙癮小於3分繼續抽大于8分危險了

 一個人的菸癮究竟有多大，其實有科學的評判機制，判斷菸癮大不大，是根據吸菸的時間，還是根據每天吸菸的支數來判斷呢？之所以要判斷菸癮大不大，其實最主要的是看戒菸容易還是不容易，一個人，菸癮越大，戒菸自然越難，如果菸癮越小，戒菸自然越容易。說到戒菸，它最大的絆腳石，其實就是菸癮了，一個人，如果能夠對抗菸癮，那麼他就能成功戒菸，如果無法對抗戒菸，戒菸常常會以失敗而告終。如何來科學判斷菸癮，不妨來瞭解一下。

第一，早上起床，多久時間要吸第一根煙？

如果五分鐘之內必須要吸菸，那麼則為3分，如果6-30分鐘吸菸，則為2分，如果31-60分鐘吸菸，則為1分，如果超過60分鐘才吸第一支煙，那麼為0分。

由此可見，這第一根煙決定了菸癮。

第二，一天的時間，究竟要吸多少煙？

每天吸菸超過31支，那麼為3分，如果每天在21-30支，則為2分，如果每天在11-20支，則為1分，如果小於10支，則為0分。

第三，吸菸史超過了多少年？

如果吸菸史超過了10年，則為3分，如果在5-10年之間，則為2分，如果在1-5年之間，則為1分，如果少於1年，則為0分。

第四，患病了，會戒菸嗎？

如果是，則為0分；如果不會，則為1分。

第五，在禁菸場所，是否依然會吸菸？

如果是，則為1分；如果否，則為0分。

以上五個標準，基本上覆蓋了日常生活裡的全部吸菸的情形，對於判斷菸癮至關重要，把五個標準疊加在一起，如果得出的分數小於3分，提示菸癮不大，如果得出的分數大於8分，則提示菸癮很大。

香港發現最強變種病毒可能使得疫苗失效

 

英媒報導病毒（COVID-19）的一種超強變種出現在非洲，並已傳播到香港。這種病毒帶有32處突變，專家擔憂可能會讓所有疫苗失效。據英國《衛報》和《每日郵報》報導，英國專家警告，非洲的波劄那地區又出現一種新的變種病毒「B.1.1.529」，是目前突變程度最高的病毒，其棘蛋白中帶有32個突變。[B.1.1.529]是一種被名為「B.1.1」舊型變種病毒的演化，其多個關鍵突變讓它更容易傳播，更能抵抗疫苗。報導指，該變種目前僅通報10例，但已在3個地區出現，包括波劄那3例、南非6例，甚至香港也有發現1個病例。

香港病例是一名36歲、近日去過南非的人，他11月11日返回香港，接著在飯店隔離時病毒檢測「陰轉陽」確診。倫敦大學學院（University College London）計算系統生物學教授暨基因研究所所長弗朗索瓦·巴盧克斯（Francois Balloux）警告，「B.1.1.529」具有成為「最猛烈變種病毒」的潛力，比目前全球主流的Delta變種還可怕。東英吉利大學微生物學家大衛·利弗莫爾（(David Livermore）表示，「B.1.1.529」具有「非常廣泛」的突變組合，增加了逃脫疫苗的風險。

但也有科學家認為，過多的棘蛋白突變會導致病毒本身不穩定，現階段仍不用太過擔心，因為[B.1.1.529]還沒有出現迅速散播的跡象。現在兩地通過免檢甚囂塵上，港府一拖再拖主要還是看上面的意思。估計全面通關不可能有限制通過最快要等明年，無論輸出輸出個案增加都對本港防疫不利。

朝鮮高中生帶回一個《魷魚遊戲》USB被槍斃了

 

根據媒體報導一名朝鮮高中生從鄰國帶回一個裝有《魷魚遊戲》影集的抽取式隨身碟(USB)，後來把內容盜拷賣給同學等多人，沒想到遭人密報被判處無期徒刑，其他6名觀看影集的學生則被判處5年勞役。朝鮮嚴格禁止來自西方和韓國的媒體內容入境，但《魷魚遊戲》卻悄悄地在市面上流傳，多半是存在USB或記憶卡中。官員現在已在各個學校展開搜查，《魷魚遊戲》描繪一個反烏托邦世界，負債纍纍的人以兒童遊戲相互對抗，失敗玩家被處死。

 

消息人士指稱，兩人與朋友討論該影集，其他人也很感興趣，於是也跟他買拷貝版，但是這些學生隨後被政府監控單位抓獲。這次共有7名學生被捕，這也是朝鮮當局首次把去年才通過的《消除反動思想和文化法》用於涉及未成年人的案件中。根據該法，觀看、保留或傳播來自資本主義國家，特別是來自韓國和美國媒體內容者，最高可以判處死刑。包括涉事學生的校長、班導等人已遭解僱並被開除黨籍。他們肯定會被送去煤礦場工作或流放到農村，當局開始在市場搜查內含外國媒體內容的儲存設備。其實，近年韓國流行文化暗中在朝鮮傳播，包括影視劇在內的娛樂產品私下非常流行，引發當局關注下被徹查打壓。但仍在民眾中秘密流傳，本次是因為被舉報被嚴懲。

 

至於未成年人被槍斃在集權國家也是再正常不過的事情。特別是現在疫情流行，糧食供應緊張民生凋敝民心不穩，加強內部管控也是朝鮮的一貫作法，不過是現在變本加厲罷了。

美國前總統川普獲得韓國世界跆拳道總部「國技院」頒發榮譽黑帶九段殊榮。他還放話等他重拾白宮大位之後，打算穿著黑帶道服去國會。韓國國技院院長李東燮訪問川普在私人俱樂部海湖莊園（Mar-a-Lago），並致贈川普榮譽九段證書和跆拳道服及黑帶。他說：「我聽說川普前總統對跆拳道非常有興趣。」據信這次訪問是由一名在美國的韓裔人士安排的。川普則笑稱，獲得這份榮譽是一大榮幸，並形容跆拳道是「在這個時代保護自己的偉大武術」。他還放話說，等他奪回白宮後，打算穿著跆拳道服去國會。在獲得跆拳道黑帶九段證書後，川普現與俄羅斯總統普丁同級。普丁在2013年造訪韓國時，獲得世界跆拳道聯合會頒贈黑帶九段的最高榮譽。他還曾錄製過武術DVD，名為《與普丁一起學柔道》。

有趣的是拜登現在採取的很多措施都是模仿競爭對手的，在國內大搞基建刺激經濟，暗中通過利益輸送勾兌等等。現在美國和對手一樣主要精力都放在國內，後者只要在明年連任後必然與美國恢復全面關係。如果雙方的關係能夠恢復到從前的軌道，即便是鬥而不破的情況下，回到歲月靜好川普和共和黨連任就很難說了。川普如果一意孤行那就不是感染病毒這麼簡單了，他競選連任失敗涉及的是暗藏在美國的龐大地下勢力，甚至能夠左右美國的大選，控制媒體甚至主導競選資金的流動。所以共和黨的未來之星是彭佩奧，川普作為過渡人物已經完成了歷史使命。

看馬斯克不停打火箭就知道為何突發《七步詩》了

 

11月13日，SpaceX的獵鷹9號重型火箭完成了今年第25次發射，運送53顆星鏈（Starlink）衛星升空。目前軌道上已經有1,800多顆星鏈衛星，為世界各地超過14萬用戶提供網際網路服務。SpaceX的發射任務安排得非常緊密。11月8日晚上，他們的龍飛船剛把國際太空站（ISS）的四名太空飛行員接回地球。在僅僅46小時30分鐘之後，10日，又送另外四名太空飛行員進駐國際太空站。13日，又完成一趟星鏈衛星的發射任務。以前，每一次火箭發射任務都是很重大的事件。現在對於SpaceX公司來說，這已經成了如同駕駛通勤車一樣的例行工作。

但是13日清晨的發射場景有些不同。由於安排在日出後不久的時間點發射，又遇到罕見的大霧天氣，獵鷹9號火箭在雲霧之上發射升空的景象猶如科幻電影中的場景。在此之前，SpaceX一年最多的發射紀錄是2020年，一共完成了26次發射任務。今年，11月13日的任務之後，該公司已經安排好的發射任務至少還有5個。接下來第一個是美國宇航局（NASA）用飛船撞擊小行星、嘗試推轉其軌道的任務—雙小行星重新定向測試（Double Asteroid Redirection Test，簡稱DART），定於本月23日在加州範登堡太空部隊基地發射升空。之後，12月還有獵鷹9號火箭從佛州發射的4項任務：下一批的星鏈衛星、NASA的X射線IXPE天文望遠鏡、土耳其Turksat5B通訊衛星，以及前往國際太空站的一趟貨運補給任務。這些任務加在一起，SpaceX今年將完成30次發射任務。

馬斯克當年是找俄羅斯幫助發射火箭，當時他只帶了1百萬美元但遭到對方嘲笑，最少也要3千萬美元，最後導致馬斯克自己開始開發火箭，期間遇到諸多困難多次面臨破產邊緣。現在功成名就下成了世界首富，他的可回收多用途重複使用火箭技術，改變了人類探索宇宙的方式。有意思的是早前他的電動車銷售在某國遭到打壓，這種小兒科式的鬧劇持續了沒多久，誰都知道這是誰在幕後主使的。當初把老馬套過來可是出了大價錢的，不但免費給土地而且周圍的配套早就搞好了，只要答應投入可以馬上量產電動車，而且還不要錢給數億美金的貸款。

馬斯克當初的協議是在4年後與當地企業分享電動車技術，他的火箭發射技術，真空火車，無人駕駛，鑽地設備等眾多先進科技都是對方夢寐以求的。遭到打壓無非是“星鏈”已經開始使用，而且很快將建設完成。如此對方的網路封鎖形同虛設，事實上當地已經開始有公司售賣衛星接受器，因此必須與馬斯克達成協議某些技術設備不能在當地使用。

另外，對方投資了2萬多億建設的所謂5G基站，其實也變得沒有意義。因為通過衛星可以直接進行資訊傳送，今後通訊將不再以G來標注，而且馬斯克連手機都已經開始出售了。因此對方提出各種要求限制馬斯克的技術在當地發展，所以最近老馬在網上發了《七步詩》暗指的就是這件事情。

美國黑鳥偵察機使用衝壓發動機，最快能達到3.2馬赫，這是目前在大氣層內飛行的速度極限。美國的無人驗證機 X43在35,000米的高空曾達到9.7馬赫。殲-40不僅要超過 F-22黑鳥，還要超過世界紀錄。東風21飛彈只有8馬赫，東風175馬赫，導彈竟然比飛機慢。媒體稱殲-40能實現全天候作戰，作戰半徑覆蓋全球，赤道長度大概是40,000公里，殲-40作戰半徑達到20,000公里，搜狐的一篇報導提到，殲-40最大航程七千多公里，最大速度3.2馬赫，將在2021年首飛2025年服役。另一篇報導稱殲-40將會裝備電磁炮。

美國的無人驗證機 X43的所謂10馬赫，實際上是裝在飛彈上在飛行過程中再發射，飛彈早就超過音速了。安裝地磁炮解決不了能量的問題，因為要顧及飛行所需要的燃料，電磁炮的能量消耗非常高。特別是殲-20目前連超音速巡航都做不到。2021年首飛可能過於樂觀了，目前甚至殲-20還沒有完全量產。飛機本身與美國隱形戰機相比還是有很多不足之處的，因為安裝原本俄羅斯的發動機因此機動性能還是不錯的，但只能做到正面隱形不能達到全隱形的效果，不能超音速巡航，不能超視距攻擊，飛機複合材料比率低，體型過大不利隱形，航電設備與歐美相距甚遠，發動機落後等等。俄羅斯的AL-41發動機尚未出口，而且烏克蘭現在又停止了發動機的出口，所以飛機發動機問題解決成疑。

至於電磁炮現在放在軍艦上都沒有成功，目前只有美國進行了實體測試。沒有國家能夠在現階段安裝到飛機上。航程7千公里肯定需要空中加油，飛機本身攜帶油量是不可能的。至於媒體怎麼說無所謂，反正隱形飛機量產的目前只有美國，而且已經進入實戰以色列在中東多次運用。美國海空軍的裝備領先程度也不是其他國家短期內可以追趕上的，媒體上怎麼說都是非專業外人士的臆測而已。
