英國不學香港國民被疫苗打死都沒用
傳播快速的Omicron變異株使英國的新冠感染率再破紀錄，過去一周英格蘭每35人就有1人新感染新冠，倫敦每20人就有1人新感染。面對疫情激增，英國仍有大約500萬人未接種新冠疫苗，因感染新冠病毒進入加護病患的重症患者，90%未接種疫苗，因此英國政府計劃派人到接種疫苗比率較低的地區挨家挨戶打疫苗。認為這是避免封城和其他防疫限制的關鍵。
應對本次疫情英國政府從開始就反應過慢，現在又反應過激前後矛盾。首相詹森開始對疫情採取無所謂的態度，認為只是類似感冒症狀的輕度瘟疫，結果他和妻子感染並且一度進入危重病房差點沒救過來，誰知道剛過鬼門關不久他又再度感染。開始英國也談不上嚴厲的防疫措施，至於口罩呼吸機之類的醫療物資儲備也談不上。
每次疫情稍有恢復就取消封城解禁，結果是疫情不停反復英國疫情也隨之惡化。然後是加強接種疫苗比率，英國成為歐洲接種疫苗最普遍的國家，但是並沒有能夠節制疫情的擴散。病毒不斷變異下疫苗接種後效能有限，如此則需要不斷的接種。對於老年人長期病患者等人士，不斷接種疫苗後副作用下導致病情惡化死亡，如此情況政府也不予理會。
仍然是疫情稍有緩衝必然鬆懈，甚至連足球比賽的觀眾限制也逐步取消，在英國也感覺不到疫情嚴重的氣氛，只是固執地強迫國民狂打效用有限的疫苗，導致每次新疫情抬頭英國必然首當其衝受到影響。客觀上說疫苗並非解決疫情的最好方法，人類戰勝瘟疫從歷史上看只有兩個途徑，一是集體感染免疫，還有就是疫情突然無故消失。
現在連疫情源頭都不能確定，如果是天然瘟疫那麼在疫情發生3年左右，消耗了大量人口感染了相當比例，逐步產生抗體是可能的，突然間疫情消失也是正常現象。問題是現在天然和人為都難以確定，現在與疫情共存是不得已而為之，疫情長期化已經成為發展趨勢，因此即便是寬鬆的疫情控制，不能只是依賴不斷打疫苗上。
參照疫情輕微的香港經驗隨時加強防範，增加國民防疫意識，嚴格管控人口流動，隨時把握疫情發展防，防患於未燃才是當務之急。最起碼戴口罩，勤洗手，常消毒，減少去公眾場合，防止人流聚集，加強登記出入管理，儲備足夠醫療物資，加裝空氣淨化設備，強化國民教育，注射疫苗後不能放鬆警惕，有節制地封關，限制部份人口流動等，都對減少疫情抗災防疫有利。

胡錫進不刁盤的背後是在下一盤大棋
胡錫進突然退休引發各方猜測，香港大學的學者稱其最近對女運動員的評論得罪高層，這類說法過於武斷沒有參考價值。“胡刁盤”是前央視主持人崔永元給他起的外號，意思是狗玩飛碟怎麼都能刁住盤子，指他引領媒體帶風向胡言亂語。
事實上在早前貿易戰最激烈和疫情源頭爭論的關鍵時刻，胡編的過激言論作為重要武器，基本上代表了政府立場。他的所謂千枚導彈和上陣殺敵等言論，在國內外都引發震動甚至被美國國會議員，引用作為攻擊美國的證據。至於近日的所謂女運動員言論，根本談不上過激無非是洗白而已，主要是報導一些行蹤證明沒有安全問題。要說因年齡已到正常退休，但他早已62歲之前根本沒有退休一說，現在突然下來說明對美國外交政策很快會有變化，雙方的進一步會談很快會展開。這也是他下來的同時強調接任者冷靜客觀的原因。近日美國從抵制冬奧，到召開世界民主大會，耶倫強調要鼓勵舉報各國貪汙，進一步制裁競爭對手企業，針對半導體產業加強打壓等，應該說各方面的壓力不斷增大。
之前對美方置之不理的狀態很快會改變，否則會導致對方進一步施壓。在如此關鍵時刻發表更多過激言論對兩國關係不利。事實上“刁盤”的言亂也並非字字句句都是照抄上面的意思，更多的是根據形勢的自由發揮，因此經常需要在言論發表後做出修正。當然《環球》作為國家單位大原則雖然不會違背，但具體的拿捏也是需要考量的，胡編基本上第一時間就亂開炮，認為自己完全代表官方立場背後有組織撐腰，而實際情況也並非如此。畢竟國家外交政策在不斷調整，有時話說過頭很難收場。況且他已經浮上水面被西方媒體針對，並被爆收取利益子女長居海外等。更重要的是他之前對李廣滿發表的極左言論提出反對意見，雖然當時提出相同意見的媒體很多，但畢竟他更有影響力。因此言多必失之下牽涉到內部的政治角力，他的作用已經變得不再那麼重要。
特別是拜登政府上臺後針對競爭對手，採取的是小打大幫忙的政策，因此不需要官方採取特朗普時代的針鋒相對立場。況且貿易戰的暫停實際上是取消了，源頭追溯也不了了之談不上賠償與否，美國前朝衝突最激烈的兩個矛盾點已經消除。再拉高輿論節湊導彈核武攻擊消滅美軍之類的言論不合時宜，況且類似外交部耿哥華大姐等在國際上過頭話說得太多，對外戰狼亂咬造成極大負面後果的人，最後都會被撤換掉。國內外最受關注的過激言論發表者，半官方媒體風向標突然下臺，攻擊美國的最重要輿論武器，胡刁盤下臺預示著美國和競爭對手的下一輪和談即將展開，而且與以往相比對手的態度會有所軟化。
